How to follow this guide (Install order)

The philosophy of this modlist is that you should install all the mods here and then disable safely what you want or not for a particular character. Mods were chosen to assure no conflicts, and have compatibility patches. I also spent a lot of time reading through readmes, comments and bug reports to make sure mods do not conflict at a functional and balance-potential level. Customization is key. Install, then adjust and tinker as you wish or follow my suggestions at the end. Mods here are not to bloat content or mechanics, but offer immersive fulfilment to existing elements and allow for player customization and fine-tuning according to roleplaying/build focus.

The Install order of this Guide is defined on the left side panel of this site. You should follow each category using the left side panel from top to bottom : (Screenshot of Modlist guide left Panel) :

There are basically three sections to this guide:

  • Modding Tools —

  • Installing and configuring mods —

  • Configuring Mods before playing the game —

, each with sub-sections/categories in order of installation to assure maximum compatibility and ease-of-install.

⇒ If you're a beginner, start with MW Mod Basics

⇒ If you're advanced; you can start with Game Tools directly to proceed the install
